1. Shipping and Delivery Times

Each Aura Dress model is ordered specifically for you from our partner supplier.

• Standard delivery: 10 to 15 business days

• Express delivery: 5 to 8 business days, subject to availability

• Orders are shipped with tracking and secure delivery.

In the event of exceptional unavailability of the ordered model, size, or color, you will be informed promptly and fully reimbursed within 24 hours.

2. Delivery Fees

For deliveries in Switzerland:

• Standard delivery: 12.90 CHF

• Free standard delivery for purchases over 250 CHF

• Express delivery: 29 CHF, subject to model availability

The applicable rate is displayed before the final confirmation of your order.

3. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is shipped.

You will be able to track the delivery of your package until it arrives.

4. Returns and Exchanges

You have 7 days from the receipt of your order to contact us to request a return.

Items must be:

• unworn;

• unwashed;

• unaltered;

• free from make-up, perfume, or damage;

• with all their original tags intact.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

After receipt and inspection of the item, Aura Dress may offer an exchange or a credit note, in accordance with the return conditions.

Worn, damaged, altered, or returned items without their tags will not be accepted.

5. Unavailable Item or Order Error

If an ordered model becomes exceptionally unavailable before shipment, Aura Dress will proceed with a full refund of the amount paid.

In case of an incorrect or defective item upon receipt, please contact us promptly so that we can offer you a suitable solution.
