AURA DRESS is a 100% online store operated by Swiss Luxury Real Estate Sàrl.

Any order placed on the site implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

2. Products and Order Process

AURA DRESS offers a selection of dresses for guests, bridesmaids, White collection, and accessories.

A large part of the items offered on the site are ordered from our partner suppliers after the customer's order has been validated.

This allows us to offer a wider selection of models, sizes, and colors without maintaining large stock.

Availability can change rapidly.

3. Item Availability

If, after order validation, a model, size, or color proves exceptionally unavailable from the supplier, AURA DRESS will inform the customer as soon as possible.

The customer can then choose, when possible:

another model;
another color;
another size;
or a full refund for the unavailable product.

The refund will be issued to the payment method used for the order.

4. Photographs and Colors

AURA DRESS strives to present its products as accurately as possible.

Slight differences in shade may, however, appear depending on the screen used, brightness, or shooting conditions.

5. Price

Prices are indicated in Swiss Francs (CHF).

The applicable price is that displayed on the site at the time of the order.

Delivery costs are indicated before final payment validation.

AURA DRESS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without affecting already confirmed orders.

6. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of order.

Available payment methods are indicated during checkout.

Payments are processed via secure payment solutions offered by Shopify and/or its partners.

The order is considered validated after payment confirmation.

7. Delivery Times

Standard Delivery

Estimated delivery time: 10 to 15 business days.

This period includes, in particular:

order processing;
sourcing from the supplier when necessary;
preparation of your item;
shipping;
delivery to the shipping address.

Express Delivery

Estimated delivery time: 5 to 8 business days.

Express delivery is only available depending on the availability of the model, size, and color.

For any order intended for a near-term event, we strongly recommend contacting AURA DRESS before ordering to confirm the timeframe.

8. Delivery Costs

For deliveries in Switzerland:

Standard delivery: 12.90 CHF

Standard delivery free for purchases over 250 CHF

Express delivery: 29 CHF

A tracking number is sent by email upon order shipment.

9. Returns

You have 7 days from the receipt of your order to request a return.

To be accepted, the item must be:

unworn;
unwashed;
unaltered;
undamaged;
without makeup marks;
without perfume, odor, or deodorant;
accompanied by any accessories;
returned with all original tags intact.

Return costs are borne by the customer.

Any return sent without prior request may be refused.

10. Change of Mind or Size Error

For a change of mind, a size error, or personal preference, accepted returns result in:

an exchange or AURA DRESS credit.

They do not result in a refund to the original payment method.

11. Items Excluded from Returns

No exchange or credit can be granted for an item that is:

worn;
washed;
altered;
damaged;
stained;
has an odor;
returned without its original tags;
returned after the deadline.

12. Incorrect or Defective Item

If you receive an item different from the one ordered or with a defect, contact AURA DRESS as soon as possible.

Please provide:

a description of the problem;
photographs showing the error or defect.

AURA DRESS will examine the request and propose the appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.

13. Size Guide

It is the customer's responsibility to carefully consult the size guide available on the site before placing an order.

14. Orders for a Near-Term Event

For a wedding, ceremony, evening event, or any other event organized within a short timeframe, we recommend contacting AURA DRESS before placing an order.

The customer remains responsible for taking into account the announced deadlines at the time of purchase.

15. Delays

The indicated deadlines are estimated deadlines.

AURA DRESS cannot be held responsible for a delay directly attributable to, in particular:

a carrier;
a supplier;
customs or logistical formalities;
a case of force majeure;
a circumstance reasonably beyond its control.

This provision does not limit the mandatory rights of the consumer.

16. Confirmation and Acceptance of GTCS

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale must be accessible to the customer before the conclusion of the order.

17. Applicable Law and Disputes

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Swiss law.

In the event of a dispute relating to a contract concluded with a consumer, the mandatory rules of territorial jurisdiction remain applicable.
